About the Role
You will manage strategic insurance accounts, build long-term account plans, and lead complex sales cycles. You will partner with solutions and research engineering to design customer pilots, support compliant AI deployments, manage revenue forecasts and pipeline reporting, monitor industry trends, and represent the role at industry events.
Requirements
- 14+ years selling complex enterprise software or platform-as-a-service solutions
- 4+ years selling to financial insurance organizations
- Proven success achieving annual revenue targets above $2M in regulated industries
- Experience managing C-suite relationships
- Understanding of financial services workflows
- Ability to design and execute complex deal and partnership strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of financial services insurance accounts and develop strategic account plans
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Partner with solutions and research engineering to design customer pilots
- Collaborate with compliance, privacy, and security teams on responsible AI deployment
- Own revenue and consumption targets and manage forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Monitor industry and regulatory trends to guide customer and product strategy
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and thought-leadership events
- Partner with marketing, partnerships, and communications on the financial services go-to-market motion
