About the Role

You acquire new high-value clients and manage relationships with existing managed and non-managed clients. You identify commercial opportunities attend client meetings and events execute trades after training respond to client queries and maintain accurate records of communications and agreements in Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in client management premium service broking or derivative sales
• Fluency in Cantonese Mandarin and English
• Understanding of emerging markets and their trading dynamics
• Strong relationship management and business development skills
• Experience with high-net-worth or professional trading clients
• Confidence presenting to clients at meetings and events
• Excellent attention to detail and record keeping
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is desirable
• Knowledge of CFDs margin trading and related financial products is desirable
• Experience in consultative and solution-based sales is desirable
• Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities is desirable

Responsibilities

• Acquire new high-value clients through own-source activity
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business
• Provide proactive service to managed and non-managed clients
• Manage client accounts and identify commercial opportunities
• Attend face-to-face meetings and client events
• Execute trades for direct and indirect clients
• Support administrative tasks and inbound client queries
• Maintain accurate client communication meeting and agreement records in Salesforce
