About the Role

Manage a portfolio of high-value mid-market customers, build executive relationships, drive retention, adoption, expansion, and spend, lead Executive Business Reviews, support platform launches, report account health, and provide customer-informed recommendations to product, support, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of new business sales or account management experience in a B2B organization.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic sales tools and common metrics.
  • Adaptability to change in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships across existing high-value mid-market customers.
  • Manage account health reporting.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with customer decision-makers.
  • Drive retention, adoption, expansion, and growth across accounts.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute Ramp platform launches with Account Executive and Customer Activation teams.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams on product roadmap and customer communication recommendations.
