About the Role

Originate, develop, and manage strategic commercial relationships across institutional business lines globally while working cross-functionally with trading, product, and operations teams to drive growth across OTC derivatives and liquidity solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in institutional financial services, trading, capital markets, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of OTC markets, derivatives, institutional trading workflows, and preferably options products.
  • Track record in business development, institutional sales, partnerships, capital markets coverage, or client-facing commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated revenue generation, client acquisition, or strategic account growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of market structure, liquidity, traditional trading products, digital assets, electronic trading, and liquidity provision.
  • Experience selling derivatives-based hedging and risk transfer solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to cross-sell holistic liquidity solutions and identify new revenue streams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional OTC and derivatives business growth across key client segments and strategic markets.
  • Develop regional business development strategies for institutional client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with trading, product, and operations teams to launch and commercialize new products and trading solutions.
  • Build relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, family offices, pension funds, exchanges, custodians, and market infrastructure providers.
  • Identify strategic partnership and market expansion opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence, product feedback, and institutional requirements from clients.
  • Improve CRM, pipeline management, client engagement, and commercial workflows.
  • Monitor market developments, competition, and regulatory trends to identify opportunities.
