About the Role
Define the global go-to-market enablement strategy and measurement framework. Lead onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement; establish systems and operating standards; scale programs across regions and time zones; and use AI automations and performance indicators to improve seller results.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enablement leadership experience with a technical product and mature enterprise sales motion
- Sales experience and hands-on experience building or working with AI agents or API tools
- Experience building enablement strategies and measurement frameworks
- Experience defining and tracking performance indicators across AE, AM, and SDR teams
- Experience scaling programs across distributed global teams and time zones
- Experience establishing a function's strategy, systems, and standards
- Experience leading or enabling a technical or field engineering motion is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Define the global go-to-market enablement strategy
- Establish enablement investment priorities, verticalized training, and performance metrics
- Lead onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement
- Set the strategic direction and measurement framework for enablement leads
- Build AI automations for enablement workstreams
- Embed AI fluency into the seller curriculum
- Design enablement systems, standards, and operating rhythms
- Partner with Product Marketing on internal seller enablement
