About the Role
You will lead corporate-affairs growth strategy by turning senior relationships across government and industry into measurable enterprise opportunities. You will identify target accounts, build C-suite relationships, coordinate with business development and sales leaders, create engagement playbooks, track pipeline impact, and represent the organization at senior meetings and forums.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in corporate affairs, strategic partnerships, business development, public sector strategy, enterprise sales, government relations, government, or related fields
- Experience building or significantly expanding a relationship-driven growth, partnerships, or business development function
- Understanding of enterprise and public sector go-to-market motions, procurement, stakeholder alignment, and internal champions
- Executive communication skills with C-suite leaders, government officials, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical products and AI capabilities into business value
- Ability to build new programs without an established playbook
Responsibilities
- Lead Corporate Affairs growth strategy and turn senior relationships into revenue opportunities and pipeline
- Identify target government and industry accounts and build C-suite relationships
- Partner with business development, sales, and go-to-market leaders to create qualified opportunities
- Develop repeatable executive-engagement and institutional-partnership playbooks
- Build operating cadences, metrics, and reporting for pipeline development and enterprise growth
- Represent Replit at senior-level meetings, industry forums, and government engagements
