About the Role

You will lead business development strategy, establish strategic partnerships, identify high-value opportunities, and turn them into technical integrations and long-term relationships. You will work with protocol and infrastructure stakeholders, communicate technical concepts credibly, manage priorities and metrics, support negotiations, and connect market feedback to product and ecosystem decisions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Web3, blockchain or decentralised infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain network architecture and Web3 infrastructure.
  • Experience in business development, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships or a related role.
  • Evidence of partnerships resulting in integrations, adoption, users, network activity or revenue.
  • Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote technical organisation.
  • Builder mentality and ability to take opportunities from idea to implementation.
  • Experience in privacy-focused L1 or L2 ecosystems is especially valued.
  • Experience with decentralised networking projects involving messaging, storage or privacy tools and applications is especially valued.
  • Experience with wallets is especially valued.
  • Experience with open-source protocols is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the BD and partnership strategy.
  • Identify ecosystems, protocols, infrastructure providers and applications that can benefit from Logos technology.
  • Build and manage a focused pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Establish BD priorities and success metrics and own performance against budget.
  • Manage opportunities from identification through evaluation, negotiation, integration and relationship management.
  • Develop partnerships with wallets, exchanges, on/off-ramps, oracles, indexers, DeFi protocols, aggregators, multisigs and other infrastructure providers.
  • Identify integration, deployment, ecosystem partnership and adoption opportunities.
  • Evaluate partner architectures and identify opportunities for privacy-focused integrations.
  • Work with technical teams to move opportunities into implementation.
  • Represent Logos with founders, protocol leads, ecosystem teams and technical decision-makers.
  • Manage, mentor and develop two BD contributors.
  • Set priorities and maintain disciplined pipeline ownership and follow-through.
  • Support complex partnerships and negotiations.
  • Work with protocol, engineering, product, ecosystem and communications functions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into propositions for different partners and use cases.
  • Ensure partnerships produce tangible outcomes.
