About the Role

You will build and lead an institutional sales organization, define and execute sales strategy across target segments and geographies, and own strategic enterprise accounts. You will partner with product and engineering on market feedback, establish sales processes and forecasts, and represent the organization at industry events and senior client conversations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record selling infrastructure or platform solutions to financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of digital assets, fintech, or regulatory technology markets
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Data-driven pipeline management and forecasting
