About the Role
You will own the full customer journey from initial meeting through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, expansion, and renewal. You will build workflow solutions live with customers, develop account plans and outreach, navigate procurement and security reviews, and coordinate adoption and renewal plans with Outcomes Architects.
Requirements
- 8-15+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Technical fluency and ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot software with customers
- Discovery and qualification skills
- Ability to map customer workflows into commercial outcomes and adoption plans
- Experience with procurement, legal, and security review cycles
- AI fluency
Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle for new logos, expansions, and renewals
- Design and build workflow solutions live with customers
- Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound outreach
- Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews
- Guide early implementation and adoption planning
- Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, expansion, and renewals
