About the Role
You will own enterprise sales from prospecting through deal closure across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will build executive relationships, develop account and deal strategies, negotiate commercial outcomes, coordinate with internal stakeholders, share knowledge, and travel across the region to develop business opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience
- Experience selling to consumer-facing industries where payments are strategically important
- Existing network across DACH merchants, partners, advisors, or ecosystem participants
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Knowledge of DACH business culture, enterprise buying behavior, and market dynamics
- Enterprise prospecting and account-strategy experience
- Executive relationship-building experience
- Negotiation and objection-handling skills
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise sales cycle from strategic prospecting through deal closure
- Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise opportunities across DACH
- Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Lead commercial conversations on payments and financial technology
- Navigate complex sales cycles with commercial, product, technical, compliance, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Develop deal strategy, handle objections, and negotiate commercial outcomes
- Partner with Sales Support, Implementation, Account Management, and BDR stakeholders
- Represent the business in the DACH market
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and set an example
- Travel and network across the region to develop business opportunities
