You will partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and translate business objectives into technical solutions. You will deliver demonstrations and proofs of value, respond to security questionnaires, share customer feedback with Product and Engineering, improve playbooks, and support smooth handoffs to post-sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• 2+ years in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Experience working with technical teams and business leaders
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
• Experience with software development tools and platforms
• Command-line proficiency
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Mentorship, training, and shadowing skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs
• Drive demonstrations and proofs of value
• Respond to security questionnaires
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address customer issues and improve the product experience
• Stay current with AI-powered development tools and platforms
• Improve internal tools and document playbooks, guides, and best practices
• Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales
