About the Role
You will own the public-sector sales cycle in Spain, from outbound outreach through close. You will develop procurement-focused sales strategies, identify use cases, build stakeholder consensus, address data sovereignty and compliance needs, and bring customer insights into product planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
- Experience selling to public-sector organizations in Spain
- Experience managing complex public-sector sales cycles
- Knowledge of Spanish public procurement
- Ability to build consensus among public-sector stakeholders
- Experience exceeding revenue targets
- Knowledge of public-sector buying cycles, data sovereignty, security, and compliance
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Win public-sector business and drive revenue in Spain
- Own the sales cycle from outbound outreach to close
- Design sales strategies for public procurement and budgeting cycles
- Identify public-sector use cases and support market expansion
- Build consensus across public-sector stakeholder groups
- Lead customer conversations on data sovereignty, security, and compliance
- Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmaps
- Improve sales playbooks, templates, and best practices
