About the Role

You will join a global sales team reporting to the Regional Sales Director, helping win new customers across the Americas. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will become an expert in the company's products and how customers use them, understanding what makes the platform uniquely capable of solving their most complex challenges. You will help prospective customers understand how the solution protects them from complex crypto crime in a scalable, efficient, and automated manner. You will manage the full sales cycle including sourcing and qualifying leads, prospecting, conducting demos, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing business to deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets. You will target Enterprise businesses in the Crypto and Financial Services space, including banks, payments firms, and crypto native companies, with some predefined accounts as well as new prospects you source yourself.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Crypto, FinTech Sales, or SaaS in an Enterprise sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets, building pipeline and winning customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling into the Americas market
  • Large network of contacts operating in the Digital Asset space
  • Experience in sales cycles ranging from 6-12 months typically involving RFI/RFPs
  • Understanding of how to sell to C-Suite with a network to leverage for introductions
  • Background in AML and/or compliance space selling to Fintechs
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets and asset management sectors
  • Use of defined sales methodologies like MEDDICC or others in deal management
  • Understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies
  • AI fluency with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and open doors to Enterprise prospective accounts across your territory
  • Own, build and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts
  • Showcase the product to prospects through tailored presentations and demos
  • Manage all parts of the commercial discussions including negotiating terms and closing business
  • Attend and travel to customer meetings and events where required
  • Use technologies like Hubspot, LinkedIn and other tools to achieve goals and forecast accurately
  • Meet and exceed quotas
  • Work cross-functionally to share feedback on winning more growth accounts sustainably
