About the Role

You'll drive enterprise-level sales in one of Fireblocks' most strategic verticals, working closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative digital asset solutions to traditional financial institutions across the APAC region. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite executives, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space such as financial services, blockchain, fintech
  • Proven success selling to banks, custodians, or large regulated financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of banking procurement processes, including RFPs, compliance, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Exposure to or strong interest in digital assets, tokenization, and blockchain technology
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strategic, long-term client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets within your region
  • Drive new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, and other financial institutions and expand existing relationships
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, risk, compliance, and innovation teams
  • Collaborate closely with the BDR, GTM, and Product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in Fireblocks' CRM
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and account coverage
