About the Role
You will lead the implementation of advanced Treasury and Risk Management solutions within a global finance network, serving as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts. You'll manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, align Ripple's treasury roadmap with large corporate financial goals, and uncover untapped cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through detailed whitespace analysis. You'll build multi-year account plans mapping stakeholder hierarchies, budget cycles, and technical roadmaps, and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Global Treasurers, and Heads of Risk. Acting as the "CEO of the Deal," you'll coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, product, and compliance to close high-contract-value business and navigate procurement hurdles in enterprise-grade financial software sales.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Senior Account Sales or Strategic Sales with consistent success exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas in Enterprise SaaS or Fintech
- Success managing mid-long cycle sales processes involving technical discovery, product demonstrations, legal/regulatory reviews, and global deployment strategies
- Strong understanding of the Treasury and Finance software landscape, including integration of digital assets and blockchain
- Elite communication and presentation skills for high-stakes boardroom presentations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced sales training or certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts
- Manage complex sales cycles and align Ripple's global treasury roadmap with large corporate financial goals
- Perform detailed whitespace analysis within the enterprise tier to uncover untapped cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Drive aggressive revenue growth by converting identified whitespace into high-contract-value business
- Develop and maintain multi-year account plans mapping collaborator hierarchies, budget cycles, and technical roadmaps
- Maintain a high share of voice with CFOs, Global Treasurers, and Heads of Risk
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, product, and compliance to negotiate and close deals
- Navigate procurement hurdles in enterprise-grade financial software sales
