About the Role
Lead and grow Ledger's global e-commerce revenue and profit stream across international markets. Own sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation while coordinating marketing, performance marketing, product, technology, and data teams.
Requirements
- Strong quantitative and strategic commercial acumen, including pricing, inventory, upsell, cross-sell, shipping, tax, and duties
- At least 10 years of experience in General Manager-like roles
- Experience running a large-scale global e-commerce and D2C sales business
- Proven e-commerce operational excellence and conversion rate optimization experience
- Exceptional analytical skills and knowledge of e-commerce metrics and performance marketing
- Ability to influence and align resources in a highly matrixed organization
- Total English fluency
- Strong appetite for AI
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global e-commerce strategy
- Optimize the user journey and drive D2C growth across international markets
- Own overall sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, technology, and data
- Manage Ledger's global affiliate network team
- Optimize the e-commerce funnel and website performance
- Monitor global e-commerce trends, localization strategies, competition, and consumer needs
