About the Role
You will lead and develop Applied AI Architects serving startups, personally run strategic pre-sales engagements, create technical evaluation and solution-architecture playbooks, partner with sales leaders, bring customer feedback to product and engineering, and build technical credibility through events and content.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical customer-facing experience
- 5+ years leading and managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
- Experience building and developing Solutions Architect teams
- Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications
- Expertise with context engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, and modern AI architectures
- Python proficiency
- Knowledge of LLM frameworks, tools, and integration patterns
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of Startups Applied AI Architects
- Set goals, coach the team, and support technical development
- Lead pre-sales engagements from discovery through deployment and expansion
- Create playbooks for technical evaluations, customer evaluation frameworks, and LLM solution architecture
- Partner with account executives and go-to-market leadership to drive API adoption
- Translate startup deployment insights into product and engineering feedback
- Influence sales, product, and engineering roadmap priorities
- Build technical presence through events, conferences, workshops, and content
- Stay current on context engineering, evaluation frameworks, agentic architectures, and developer tooling
