About the Role
As the Director of Product Marketing you will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers and work closely with Product Managers and Account Executives to conduct customer, market and competitive research and influence the product roadmap. You will define compelling messaging around products and platform that resonates with ICPs, translate insights into messaging for campaigns and content ideas, develop product and solutions focused messaging and marketing materials, and enable the Sales organization with messaging positioning and collateral. You will collaborate with product and sales to develop and optimize pricing models. You will be the strategic partner for Solutions Engineering and be the face for demoing products. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 4 days per week in NYC office in midtown Manhattan. Relocation assistance may be considered for this role. Sponsorship is not offered.
Requirements
- Strong experience marketing cybersecurity and/or web3 products specifically to technical audiences
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing
- 4+ years of experience as a people manager
- Understand how your work translates into creating demand and driving revenue, marketing complex technical products to technical and non-technical audiences
- A curious mind that thrives on cutting edge tech (gen AI, automation, and other modern tools)
- Strong business acumen
- Personal experience in a growth-stage company or startup, and ability to grow and scale in a dynamic environment
