About the Role
As Director of Product Marketing, lead Product Marketing Managers and partner with Product, go-to-market teams, customers, Sales, and Solutions Engineering. Conduct customer, market, and competitive research; influence the product roadmap; define ICP-focused messaging; develop campaign content and marketing materials; enable sales; optimize pricing models; and demonstrate products. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 to 4 days per week in the NYC midtown Manhattan office. Relocation assistance may be considered. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
Requirements
- Strong experience marketing cybersecurity and/or Web3 products to technical audiences.
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a people manager.
- Ability to connect marketing work to demand generation and revenue, across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity about generative AI, automation, and modern tools.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience in a growth-stage company or startup, with the ability to grow and scale in a dynamic environment.
- Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research with Product Managers and Account Executives, using insights to influence the product roadmap.
- Define compelling product and platform messaging that resonates with ideal customer profiles.
- Translate research insights into campaign messaging and content ideas.
- Develop product- and solutions-focused messaging and marketing materials, and enable Sales with positioning and collateral.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to develop and optimize pricing models.
- Partner strategically with Solutions Engineering and represent products in demonstrations.
