About the Role

You will own the brand platform, including positioning, identity, tone of voice, and messaging, and lead its internal and external rollout. You will set brand guidelines, shift the narrative toward product value and customer outcomes, build enterprise awareness, lead sponsorships, manage the brand budget and agencies, and hire and lead the growing Brand team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, including at a B2B technology company
• Experience leading an end-to-end brand repositioning or relaunch
• Experience building and measuring awareness among enterprise decision-makers
• Knowledge of deep technology and ability to translate it for business and engineering audiences
• Ability to work with executive leadership, brand studios, and PR agencies
• Fluent English
• French is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own and roll out the brand platform, including positioning, identity, tone of voice, and messaging
• Develop a coherent brand system across France, the UK, and the US
• Set and enforce brand guidelines across touchpoints
• Shift the public narrative toward product value and customer outcomes
• Define brand positioning with Communications and support PR and executive voice
• Design brand plans for large-enterprise decision-makers
• Prepare and lead the brand component of the US launch
• Partner with Growth to convert awareness into qualified relationships and pipeline
• Grow thought leadership in enterprise AI
• Lead strategic sponsorships, labels, and partnerships
• Manage the brand budget and external agencies
• Hire and lead the growing Brand team
