About the Role
You will manage and motivate Account Executives, support recruitment and development, and own the enterprise sales cycle. You will generate and qualify pipeline, design proof-of-value engagements, negotiate and close deals, develop go-to-market strategies, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, and provide forecasts and performance insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Track record of winning new enterprise business
- 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring sales professionals
- Experience selling into complex organizations with long sales cycles
- Knowledge of enterprise procurement and stakeholder management
- Communication skills
- Forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales process optimization
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with the stated academic qualification
