About the Role

You will own post-implementation relationships for a portfolio of commercial customers. You will drive product adoption, spend activation, retention, and account expansion; lead executive business reviews; launch the platform with Account Executive and Customer Success partners; and share customer-informed recommendations with product, support, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of new business sales or account management experience in a B2B organization
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with basic sales tools and common metrics
  • Adaptability to change within a startup

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing high-value commercial customers
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with customer decision makers
  • Drive retention, adoption, expansion, and account growth across your book of business
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to identify growth opportunities and discuss strategy and product releases
  • Execute platform launches for top-tier accounts with Account Executive and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams on product roadmap and customer communication recommendations
