About the Role
You find and prospect digital-native fintechs, neobanks, alternative lending platforms, and personal finance applications. You build pipelines, engage founders and technical leaders, help clients integrate Plaid APIs, answer technical questions, and identify emerging fintech opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pipeline development and/or sales
- Experience at a SaaS, fintech, or developer-first technology company preferred
- Ability to lead conversations with founders, product managers, and engineering stakeholders
- Ability to explain technical products
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or another CRM
- Interest in fintech, startup funding trends, and API architecture
- Ability to learn Plaid’s developer ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives pursuing new fintech business
- Provide Marketing feedback on fintech campaigns
- Design outbound efforts
- Identify prospects and build pipelines
- Engage fintech founders, engineering heads, and product leaders
- Help new clients get started with Plaid
- Answer technical API integration questions
- Identify fintech trends, business models, and sub-verticals
