About the Role
You will own the full business development cycle across Europe, from prospecting and relationship building through negotiation, contracting, and closing. You will identify partnership and channel opportunities, connect solutions to customer ROI, support go-to-market strategies, develop outreach approaches, collaborate with partners, improve funnel metrics, and share customer insights with product stakeholders. You may also attend industry events and brand activations in Europe and the United States.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of SaaS business development partnerships or sales experience
- Experience in ecommerce is preferred though brand experience and interest in technology are also considered
- Experience operating in European markets and understanding regional business practices and stakeholder dynamics
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue and partnership targets
- Experience engaging multiple VP and C-Level personas
- Experience setting up processes and levers to achieve goals
- Proven results scaling processes and workflows with AI
- Experience working at or with apparel brands is beneficial
- B.A. or B.S. degree required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize plan and organize multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Ability to work non-standard hours across European and US time zones
Responsibilities
- Own the full business development cycle across Europe from prospecting through closing
- Identify and develop partnership and channel opportunities with brands retailers and technology and agency partners
- Understand the technology and connect solutions to customer and partner ROI
- Help develop go-to-market strategies for Europe
- Coordinate cross-functional support to maximize customer and partner value
- Attend European and US-based events and brand activations as necessary
- Take a consultative approach to solving apparel industry problems
- Work with Marketing on European outreach and acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with technology partners and agencies
- Track funnel data identify bottlenecks and improve funnel metrics
- Share customer and partner insights with Product
