About the Role
You will lead the full capture lifecycle for X-BAT in Poland, from customer engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract award. You will build stakeholder relationships, shape requirements and CONOPS, lead demonstrations, and align technical solutions with customer needs and delivery requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant air force or industry experience
- 5+ years of defense acquisition, business development, sales, or strategy experience
- Track record of capturing and closing defense programs or technology insertions with Polish defense
- Knowledge of next-generation air combat trends, including CCAs, MUM-T, and AI-enabled CONOPS
- Ability to represent technically complex products to strategic and operational audiences
- Familiarity with Polish acquisition pathways
Responsibilities
- Shape and capture the X-BAT and autonomy campaign in Poland
- Lead the business-development lifecycle from customer engagement through contract award
- Build and maintain relationships with Polish stakeholders, partners, and influencers
- Influence customer requirements and future CCA CONOPS
- Lead positioning and participation in flight demonstrations, technical trials, and program pilots
- Coordinate with engineering, product, legal, and program functions
