About the Role
You will lead, mentor, and manage Account Managers while setting KPIs and monitoring performance. You will build relationships with enterprise decision makers, resolve complex escalations, grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and use client feedback and performance data to improve services, workflows, onboarding, and product adoption.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience managing enterprise-level B2B key accounts in a complex environment
- Experience leading, managing, or mentoring small-to-medium teams
- Professional experience in fintech, SaaS, or payment services
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and empower Account Managers to achieve team targets and delivery metrics
- Set KPIs, oversee daily performance, and conduct regular one-to-one meetings
- Build relationships with decision makers and C-level executives on enterprise accounts
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues
- Oversee account growth strategies and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Gather and analyse client feedback for Product and Technology teams
- Track and report team performance, pipeline, and client satisfaction metrics
- Oversee client onboarding and drive product adoption
