About the Role
Serve as a business partner to enterprise customers pursuing blockchain initiatives, supporting infrastructure implementation, customer success, account management, and expansion sales.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of corporate sales or customer success experience at an IT company, SaaS company, or startup.
- Experience involving internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, in project delivery or problem-solving.
- Strong interest in blockchain technology; prior practical blockchain experience is not required.
- Experience proposing intangible products or supporting implementation is preferred.
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-service implementation and delivery is preferred.
- Experience coordinating technical troubleshooting with engineers or product managers is preferred.
- Startup experience and sales or negotiation experience with financial institutions or SIers are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and propose additional features and services through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage contract renewals, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms.
- Manage implementation projects, coordinate schedules, and run regular meetings.
- Respond to technical and business inquiries and troubleshoot issues with development teams.
- Monitor product usage and propose solutions and support for customer challenges.
- Collect customer and market feedback and share it with product managers and engineers.
