About the Role
You will serve as a business partner to existing enterprise customers, supporting their blockchain initiatives through account management, product implementation, and customer success. You will build long-term customer relationships, identify needs, propose additional services, manage implementation projects, coordinate schedules and regular meetings, resolve technical and business inquiries with engineering, monitor usage, and share customer feedback with product and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of corporate sales or customer success experience at an IT company, SaaS company, or startup.
- Experience involving internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, in project delivery or problem-solving.
- Strong interest in blockchain technology; prior practical blockchain experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and propose additional features and services through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage contract renewals, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms.
- Manage implementation projects, coordinate schedules, and run regular meetings.
- Respond to technical and business inquiries and troubleshoot issues with development teams.
- Monitor product usage and propose solutions and support for customer challenges.
- Collect customer and market feedback and share it with product managers and engineers.
