About the Role
Build and manage new customer accounts, identify conversational AI opportunities, develop expertise in the AI landscape, execute account strategies, partner on onboarding and expansion, and advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Success closing deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
- Ability to translate complex technology into business value
- Executive presence and relationship-building ability
- Ability to operate in an early-stage, high-growth environment
- Interest in voice and audio AI
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts
- Identify business opportunities for conversational AI
- Develop and maintain understanding of the conversational AI landscape
- Demonstrate the value of conversational AI and voice technology
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Partner with customer success and solutions engineering on onboarding and expansion
- Advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents
