About the Role

You will lead business development and account sales for HashPort's web3 wallet and SaaS solutions, working with major Japanese enterprises and government clients. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from proposing solutions to closing contracts, while building trusted relationships with clients. You will manage and develop your team, set goals, and track progress, and you will collaborate closely with partner companies, engineers, and corporate teams to improve sales processes and design KPIs and OKRs across departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales or implementation consulting experience with financial SaaS or ERP systems
  • Proven track record from new business development through contract closing
  • Consulting ability to structure client challenges and design and propose solutions
  • Experience in team management or project promotion
  • Coordination and facilitation skills with engineers and corporate teams

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales strategy for enterprise web3 wallet and solution offerings
  • Identify client challenges and propose and drive solution implementation projects
  • Manage team members including hiring, goal setting, progress tracking, and development
  • Drive contract closing and collaborate with partner companies during implementation
  • Coordinate with internal engineers and corporate teams
  • Improve cross-departmental sales processes and design KPIs and OKRs
