About the Role
You will lead institutional engagement across Europe and the UK. You will build senior relationships with financial institutions, represent the organization at industry forums, deliver tailored workshops, develop strategic partnerships, and translate market feedback into strategic insights. You will also support thought leadership, ecosystem connections, and fundraising efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in traditional finance
- Strong understanding of institutional workflows, products, and client dynamics
- Meaningful exposure to digital assets and Web3
- Established network across European financial institutions and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of European digital-asset regulation
- Ability to originate and develop strategic relationships and partnerships
- Communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Build senior relationships with European financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, market infrastructures, and fintechs
- Represent Ethereum Institutional at industry events, private roundtables, and executive forums across Europe
- Design and deliver workshops, briefings, and tailored sessions on Ethereum use cases for institutional audiences
- Help institutions understand Ethereum-based products within European regulatory frameworks
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that advance institutional engagement with Ethereum
- Translate institutional needs and market feedback into insights for global strategy
- Support institutional-focused content and thought leadership
- Connect institutions with relevant ecosystem builders
- Contribute to fundraising and sponsorship efforts with Europe-based partners and donors
