About the Role

Manage large enterprise customers as their primary stakeholder within Sardine. Coordinate end-to-end implementations and go-lives, collaborate with implementation engineers, product managers, and analytics teams, translate complex technical and fraud problems into actionable solutions, monitor fraud and performance KPIs, identify expansion opportunities, and provide first-line technical troubleshooting and advisory for risk, fraud, compliance, and payments needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS, preferably with fintech or fraud focus.
  • Full professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Background in fraud, payments, crypto, or compliance, including KYC, AML, and sanctions screening workflows.
  • Strong project management skills for API implementations and go-live milestones.
  • Analytical skills using BigQuery, Metabase, Sigma, or related BI tools, plus use of AI to enhance outcomes.
  • Understanding of API integrations and first-level technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Pylon, Notion, and product dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for large enterprise accounts.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within major accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation and go-live lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on technical solutions and fraud prevention best practices.
  • Build, monitor, and communicate fraud and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, integrations engineers, and analytics teams to resolve new fraud typologies.
