About the Role

You will lead a group of Account Executives by providing coaching, mentoring, career development, and performance management. You will hire and train sales representatives, develop pipeline strategies, build performance dashboards, improve sales systems, manage the end-to-end sales process, and represent the group across departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building and leading successful sales teams
  • Success in fast-paced results-oriented go-to-market environments
  • History of performing above quota in outbound sales
  • Experience hiring and developing sales teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain contractual technical and financial value points to executives
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Looker Gong and Excel
  • Familiarity with email and call automation platforms
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes
  • Experience with financial services sales
  • Financial services or fintech experience at a high-growth startup

Responsibilities

  • Manage career development and leadership plans for Account Executives
  • Provide daily one-to-one mentoring and coaching
  • Manage quota performance and individual sales metrics
  • Hire and train Account Executives on products personas competition and tools
  • Develop pipeline and prospecting strategies with sales and marketing partners
  • Build dashboards and report on customer and team performance
  • Optimize systems and processes to improve team output
  • Build and execute pipeline with new clients and partners
  • Create playbook resources for the Account Executive team
  • Represent the Account Executive team across departments
