About the Role
You will support enterprise sales by understanding customer goals, leading tailored product demonstrations, and managing trials and proof-of-concept engagements. You will map workflows, explain technical concepts as commercial value, design implementation plans, solve integration challenges, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and support strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS solution consulting sales engineering or pre-sales
- Experience in Crypto Blockchain FinTech or RegTech environments
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry and its compliance landscape
- Experience running product demos proof-of-concepts and trials in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Fluency in French Spanish or Italian
- Strong discovery and consultative skills
- Experience with APIs integration workflows and complex technology implementations
- Excellent verbal written presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Focus on continuous improvement of demos workflows playbooks and reusable content
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools transaction tracing or on-chain intelligence
- Fluency in another language is a bonus
- Experience automating processes with AI scripting or innovative tools
- Familiarity with CRM AI productivity apps Zapier Notion or data visualization tools
- Coding or scripting experience with Python SQL or JavaScript is a bonus
Responsibilities

- Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements
- Support new business and upsell opportunities

- Translate technical concepts into commercial benefits
- Create and maintain product-demo best practices
- Use API documentation to resolve customer queries
- Design and execute enterprise implementation plans
- Solve integration challenges across risk and compliance architectures
- Respond to RFPs RFIs and due diligence requests
- Support strategic partner integrations joint solutions and co-selling
- Curate blockchain intelligence examples and use cases
- Translate analytical findings into sales-friendly talk tracks
- Identify relevant local regulatory requirements
