About the Role

Build and manage enterprise accounts across Spain, focusing on financial services, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, and utilities. Identify conversational AI opportunities, lead complex sales cycles, develop business cases and account strategies, navigate procurement structures, and advise senior leaders on generative AI and conversational agents.

Requirements

7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
Success closing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Network in the Spanish enterprise sector.
Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Spain.
Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish.
Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Build and manage enterprise accounts across Spain.
Identify conversational AI opportunities across key enterprise verticals.
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Develop business cases translating AI voice technology into measurable business value.
Develop and execute account strategies.
Navigate complex procurement and organizational structures.
Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding and expansion.
Advise senior leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
