About the Role
You will lead the pre-sales, post-sales, and partnerships Solutions Engineering functions. You will define operating standards, hire and coach Solutions Engineers, build technical playbooks, support complex customer integrations, create technical content, and shape technical strategy through customer feedback.
Requirements
- At least three years leading technical teams in pre-sales, post-sales, solutions consulting, technical services, or related functions
- Experience across multiple Solutions Engineering functions
- Technical expertise in APIs, integrations, data connectors, and enterprise architecture
- Production coding experience with Python, TypeScript, Bash, or a similar language
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, MCP, SOC 2, and GDPR
- Knowledge of agentic systems, workflow automation, and copilot products
- AI, LLM, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, model evaluation, partner programs, or product strategy experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead Solutions Engineering across pre-sales, post-sales, and partnerships
- Define team structure, roles, career paths, operating standards, and success metrics
- Recruit, hire, and onboard 4–6 Solutions Engineers
- Build playbooks for discovery, pilots, onboarding, implementation, enablement, expansion, and co-selling
- Coach and develop Solutions Engineers
- Track POC conversion, time to value, and partner-sourced pipeline
- Validate customer integrations using APIs, Postman, and custom scripts
- Build reference architectures, security documentation, integration guides, and enablement materials
- Shape technical strategy with cross-functional partners
- Turn customer and partner feedback into product and roadmap input
