About the Role
You will build and lead the ASEAN Applied AI organization, including Solutions Architects and Product Engineers. You will guide enterprise AI adoption, lead technical pre-sales engagements and proofs of concept, develop regional go-to-market strategies, and work directly with customers across ASEAN.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
- 5+ years of technical go-to-market management experience
- Experience managing pre-sales teams
- Experience working with ASEAN enterprise customers
- Knowledge of ASEAN regulatory requirements and data sovereignty
- Proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integration, and production LLM use cases
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and AI system architecture
- Knowledge of developer tooling, SDKs, and enterprise integration patterns
Responsibilities
- Build and manage ASEAN Applied AI teams
- Set team goals and conduct reviews
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements and proof-of-concept execution
- Partner with GTM leadership on ASEAN adoption strategies
- Create thought-leadership presentations, webinars, and technical content
- Lead product demonstrations and validate customer ROI
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around business outcomes
- Travel to customer sites across ASEAN
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI solutions
- Track AI and ML trends and the regional competitive landscape
