About the Role
You will lead and mentor Solution Architects while remaining hands-on with strategic customer engagements and product initiatives. You will guide discovery, demos, solution scoping, proofs of concept, deployments, and inference optimization for production AI applications.
Requirements
- AI and machine learning background
- 4+ years of Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering experience
- 1+ year of leadership or mentorship experience
- Customer-facing communication and discovery skills
- Technical solution-scoping ability
- Scripting and prototyping ability
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects
- Set goals and ensure high-quality delivery across customer-facing projects
- Align team priorities with customer and business goals
- Drive strategic product initiatives and customer engagements
- Support customer discovery calls, demos, and technical scoping
- Guide benchmarking and repeatable AI deployments
- Advise on GPU, latency, and throughput tradeoffs
- Drive proofs of concept from scoping through execution
- Coordinate stakeholder timelines, deliverables, and next steps
- Engage Forward Deployed Engineering support for complex technical work
