About the Role
You will drive institutional client acquisition and transaction volume across a digital asset settlement network. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and onboarding. You will coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury, monitor corridor and regulatory trends, and provide structured feedback to Product and Commercial leadership.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed TPV and revenue targets
- Strong institutional network across Asia
- Comfortable managing complex compliance-heavy sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus
Responsibilities
- Acquire institutional clients including OTC desks, exchanges, PSPs, and financial platforms
- Drive settlement volume through stablecoin and fiat rails
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Grow and retain existing institutional relationships
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across corridors and products
- Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams
- Track competitor activity, corridor trends, and regulatory developments
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Commercial leadership
