About the Role
You will lead the implementation of advanced treasury and risk management solutions for large enterprises across APAC. You will drive the generation and closure of high value enterprise deals while demonstrating how blockchain and digital assets enhance traditional finance by improving capital efficiency real time insight and automated liquidity. You will collaborate with cross functional teams across legal product and compliance to navigate procurement hurdles and ensure successful deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Finance or a related field
- Extensive experience in Senior Account Sales or Strategic Sales with a track record of exceeding multi million dollar quotas in Enterprise SaaS or Fintech
- Experience in complex deal management involving deep technical discovery product demonstrations legal regulatory reviews and global deployment
- Strong understanding of the Treasury and Finance software landscape including digital assets and blockchain integration
- Elite communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex financial technology into a compelling vision
- Evidence of advanced sales training or certifications is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of high value enterprise accounts and manage complex sales cycles
- Perform whitespace analysis within the enterprise tier to uncover opportunities for cross selling and up selling treasury and risk management modules
- Drive revenue growth by converting whitespace into high contract value business across global subsidiaries
- Develop and maintain multi year account plans mapping hierarchies budget cycles and technical roadmaps
- Maintain a high share of voice with CFOs Global Treasurers and Heads of Risk and position Ripple Treasury as the central nervous system for their liquidity and risk operations
- Lead deals and negotiate by coordinating cross functional teams across legal product and compliance and navigate procurement hurdles in enterprise grade software sales
