Requirements
- First principles thinking
- Curiosity about the evolution of global finance
- Accountability and ownership for your pipeline
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- Understanding of wallets and why stablecoins are the future of commerce
- Ability to communicate with decision makers at multiple levels in complex selling environments
- Problem solving mindset
- Degree in finance or business related subject preferred

- Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management to maximize adoption
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage
- Execute solution based selling to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition
- Scale the go to market strategy and product roadmap
- Become a product expert on market positioning and solution offerings
