About the Role
You manage relationships with Adyen’s largest enterprise merchants across industries and channels. You build executive networks, negotiate complex deals, provide payments expertise, use data to guide strategic decisions, lead cross-regional projects, mentor colleagues, and represent customer feedback in product planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-facing commercial role
- Experience in account management, consulting, or payments
- Strong background in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English
- Availability for domestic and international travel
