About the Role

You will own and execute the sales strategy that transforms local businesses with AI agents. You'll lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team, providing ongoing coaching in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution. You'll maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape to inform strategy, attract and retain top sales talent, and partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning go-to-market strategy. You'll develop sales plans to hit revenue targets, guide key strategic deals, lead complex negotiations, and manage sales forecasts and key performance metrics to ensure accurate pipeline management at the rep and team level. This role is required to be in office 5 days per week at the Lehi HQ.

Requirements

  • SaaS sales experience required
  • Strong background in Enterprise outbound sales
  • 3+ years of selling or leading in the Enterprise space
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Proven ability to train and develop talent
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decision-making and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals
  • Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations
  • Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting at the rep and team level
