About the Role
You will own revenue targets for a partner portfolio, create growth plans, and drive partner participation in commercial campaigns. You will identify and recruit high-value affiliates, lead commercial negotiations through contract signing, and represent the business at industry events. You will also develop business plans, model deal profitability, and help evolve affiliate-program payout models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to close commission-based deals and defend margin in negotiations
- Experience managing a high-revenue partner portfolio with minimal supervision
- Fluent English
- Proficiency using AI tools to optimize daily workflows
Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets for a partner portfolio and report performance weekly
- Build growth plans for top partners and develop strategic alliances
- Drive partner participation in global commercial campaigns and affiliate promotions
- Identify declining accounts and take action to retain revenue
- Identify Tier 1 affiliate partners outside the existing network
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through signed contracts
- Represent the business at industry conferences to source and close partners
- Develop business plans for strategic partnerships and obtain finance validation
- Model deal structures and defend return on investment
- Provide field insight to improve affiliate-program payout models
