About the Role

You will identify, develop, and close strategic enterprise opportunities across North America. You will lead customers from outreach through deployment handoff, build executive and operational relationships, shape go-to-market strategy, own commercial proposals and negotiations, manage CRM pipelines and forecasts, and improve scalable sales processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales, business development, strategic account management, or commercial leadership experience
  • Experience in robotics, warehouse automation, material handling, intralogistics, or industrial technology
  • Understanding of fulfillment operations and warehouse automation systems
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proposal development, account planning, and pipeline management experience
  • Presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel across North America

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close enterprise sales opportunities
  • Lead customers through outreach, discovery, evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and deployment handoff
  • Build relationships with operational and executive stakeholders
  • Shape North American go-to-market strategy and identify target accounts
  • Partner with Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Lead pricing discussions, ROI positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Maintain CRM pipelines, forecasts, and deal visibility
  • Improve sales processes, qualification frameworks, and account planning
