About the Role

You will build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, operators, and decision makers, identify opportunities in hospitality, present innovative payment and POS solutions, and manage the sales process from needs assessment to contract.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel solutions sector.
  • Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a pipeline of new hospitality prospects by conducting needs assessments and delivering compelling product presentations to hotel management and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and maintain knowledge of competitive products and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
