About the Role

You will own a portfolio of leading Latin American banks and strategic capital-markets infrastructure accounts. You will lead consultative pre-sales and close new business across Ripple offerings, develop pipeline, meet quarterly targets, forecast accurately, coordinate internal stakeholders, lead account reviews, represent customer needs, attend industry events, and travel frequently across Latin America.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of consultative enterprise sales experience in Latin American financial markets
  • 5+ years of financial-services experience
  • Experience selling to commercial banks and capital-markets infrastructure
  • Enterprise or SaaS sales experience through long, complex cycles
  • Knowledge of correspondent banking, cross-border payments, and treasury operations
  • Knowledge of Brazil's digital-asset and payments regulatory environment is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic Latin American financial-institution accounts
  • Lead consultative pre-sales and close new business
  • Build pipeline and expand accounts into adjacent products
  • Meet quarterly targets and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and serve as the account escalation owner
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and deal strategy
  • Attend industry events and identify opportunities
  • Provide customer insights to Product and Marketing
  • Travel frequently across Latin America
