About the Role

You'll join the Commercial team as Sales Director - Fintech & PSP in the United States, reporting directly to the SVP, Fintech & PSP while working closely with other functions across the business. You'll own the full sales process from lead generation and relationship building through onboarding and ongoing account management. Using your industry network and expertise, you'll identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help shape the commercial strategy for the fintech and PSP verticals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years end to end sales & business development experience
  • Experience developing business within the fintech / digital asset industry
  • Successful track record for managing relationships and closing business
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experienced in successfully managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experienced with MEDDIC or similar Sales Methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue for BVNK across all product lines
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with clients in financial verticals
  • Understand client needs at every stage of development while evaluating competitor activities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients and develop the commercial strategy for targeted verticals
  • Leverage your network of contacts to generate leads and close deals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Serve as the commercial point of contact for product managers regarding customer pain points and feedback
  • Engage with industry news, conferences, and events as a credible ambassador for the business
