About the Role

You will join the Commercial team as Sales Director, reporting directly to the Global VP in Commercial and working closely with other functions across the business. You'll own the full sales process from lead generation through relationship building, onboarding, and ongoing account management and client service. Using your extensive network and industry knowledge, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities within financial verticals, generate leads, and close deals. You'll collaborate with the commercial lead to build and manage a client pipeline and develop the commercial strategy for targeted verticals, while providing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. You'll also act as the commercial point of contact for product managers, relaying customer pain points and feedback, and represent the business as a credible ambassador at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales/business development experience
  • Experience developing business within financial sectors
  • Successful track record for managing relationships and closing business
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with MEDDIC or similar Sales Methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue for BVNK across all product lines
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with clients in financial verticals
  • Understand client needs at every stage of development while evaluating competitor activities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients and develop commercial strategy for targeted verticals
  • Utilize network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for product managers regarding customer pain points and feedback
  • Represent the business as a credible ambassador at industry news, conferences, and events
