About the Role

You will own deals end to end, from meeting booked to close, selling Meow to founders, CFOs, and treasurers at crypto companies. You'll work outbound, warm intros, and the NYC event circuit, with the product, the customer logos, and the team behind you. You will build a pipeline, run sharp discovery, pitch to skeptical technical buyers, show up at dinners and events, follow up, and feed what you learn back to the team so the pitch keeps getting sharper. You would be the 7th hire on the sales team, with uncapped, revenue-based commission so the more you close, the more you make.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in sales or BD with quota you actually carried and hit
  • Understanding of finance and crypto, able to explain stablecoins, yield, and FDIC insurance
  • Hungry, prefers figuring it out over waiting to be told
  • Well connected, or able to build a network fast and thoughtfully
  • Comfortable owning a number and closing sharp, skeptical buyers
  • Able to balance following a working playbook with testing new strategies
